How are storage prices set?
The price depends on the volume of your belongings, the storage period and the space you need. You can see monthly starting prices in the Storage Prices section, estimate your volume with the item scanner, and message us on WhatsApp for a personal price.
What is the minimum rental period?
We offer storage periods from a few weeks to several years. If your needs change, you can make your space bigger or smaller.
Can I access my belongings whenever I want?
Yes. You can access your belongings whenever you need them; just let us know when you would like to come.
Do you move my belongings for me?
Yes. Our own team collects your belongings from your address, wraps them in stretch film and protective covers, and brings them to our facility. Whenever you like, we bring them back with the same care.
Are my belongings safe in storage?
Your belongings are kept in a private locked room, never mixed with anyone else's. The facility is monitored by cameras 24/7, rooms are kept dry and clean, and storage is insured.
What can't be stored?
For safety reasons we cannot store flammable, explosive or chemical substances, perishable food, live animals or plants, or illegal goods. If you are unsure about an item, just ask us.

Of course. You are welcome to visit our facility in Pendik; just message us on WhatsApp to arrange a visit.
